At Truscott Manor we believe that the quality of care centers around the quality of staff. Our staff are at the very heart of Truscott Manor, and are the reason we have been able to maintain a standard of excellence for so long. Our team are highly trained, compassionate, and committed to serving the residents. Many of our core staff have been working with us for over 25 years. Our patient care manager, Caroline White, and her deputy, Marjorie Senior have been in charge of the nursing home ever since we opened and their commitment has formed the bedrock of such dedicated care.
